I wish to seize this opportunity to thank the membership for granting
me, by your vote, the honor to serve as your Director for the
upcoming term.
Although new to the political arena, I am all but new to City
Government and the complex issues we, as a whole, face. My door
will always be open to each and everyone of you and you have my
solemn word that I will fight the good fight to insure that
the benefits, conditions, and future of the membership shall flourish.
This brotherhood, this sisterhood, this Union is not for sale.
If one of us has been wronged, then we have all been wronged.
