| Five members from Engine 38 and Medic 10 were honored by the San Francisco Health Commission on Tuesday June 6, 2001; for excellence in teamwork and clinical skills. This recognition was in follow up to the teams response to the dog mauling in Pacific Hieghts in January 2001. | ||
