Wylie Low - First S.F. Asian Firefighter
Died of cancer on May 19, 2001 at the age of 63. He was the first Asian Firefighter in the City of San Francisco. He Joined the Fire Department in 1963. He was stationed at Station 35, the fireboat and later retired as an inspector. Continuing his legacy in firefighting are his two nephews: Jon M. Low and Gregory Louie.
