Please see the attached interest survey for a cancer screening study proposed by Hayward Firefighters Local 1909 and UCSF.

Hayward Firefighters and UCSF are looking for active and retired firefighters interested in participating in a study using low dose chest CT scans for cancer screening. The study requires 2,000 participants, active or retired, so Hayward has opened the study to all Bay Area fire departments.
